Sichuan Danchen Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd.

Featuring secure, tool-free operational locks that support safe live-line expansion and agile reconfiguration for evolving commercial and industrial power grids.

  To meet diverse engineering requirements, our tap-off units are standardized across a comprehensive current rating spectrum: 15A, 100A, 250A, 315A, 400A, 630A, 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1600A, 2000A, 2500A, 3200A, 4000A, 5000A, 6000A, and 6300A.

Within this framework, 630A serves as a critical threshold for connection design and selection:

<630A (Low to Medium Current): Utilizes a standard plug-in (stab-in) connection. This offers maximum flexibility, making it ideal for environments requiring frequent load adjustments or temporary power configurations.

    > 630A (High Current): To withstand high current stresses and mitigate risks associated with contact resistance (such as overheating or voltage drops from loose spring clips), a bolt-on (fixed) connection is highly recommended. This ensures high-pressure, heavy-duty contact between the tap-off fingers and the busbar conductor, guaranteeing long-term operational stability.
