[Project Name] Shanghai Fengxian “Optical Storage, Charging and Inspection” Integrated Intelligent Overcharging Comprehensive Demonstration Station

1 Basic positioning

• Site: Putian Information Industrial Park, No. 168 Huancheng North Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai

• Functional positioning: Integrating photovoltaic carport + energy storage system + 180 kW overcharging + battery online detection + smart energy management, a "source grid load storage" collaborative site for 800 V high-voltage platform models

2 Scale and equipment configuration

Subsystem technical parameters

Photovoltaic carport customized BIPV modules, capacity not disclosed, annual power generation of approximately 120,000 kWh

Energy storage system Lithium iron phosphate battery, capacity 500 kWh / 250 kW (off-grid power supply available)

Supercharging pile 180 kW liquid-cooled DC fast charging × 32 units, total power 5.76 MW

Voltage range 200 V–1000 V, compatible with 800 V platform and Kirin fast-charging batteries

Charging speed is “one kilometer per second”, recharging 200–300 km in 10 minutes

Detection system: Online battery health detection, report issued in 2 minutes

Management platform Smart Energy Cloud supports orderly charging, V2G reservations, and carbon credit settlement

3 operating modes

• Valley power storage: low-price charging from 23:00–07:00, high-price discharge during the day

• Off-grid power backup: 500 kWh energy storage independently supplies 32 batteries to continue charging when the grid fails

• Carbon Points Incentive: Car owners can earn green points every time they overcharge, which can be used to offset parking fees or exchange for gifts.

4 Operational results (2024.10–2025.06)

• Cumulative number of service vehicles: > 58,000 vehicles

• Annual charging capacity: Estimated 4.8 million kWh

• Annual carbon reduction: ≈ 2 400 t CO₂

• Average charging time for users: shortened from 45 minutes to 12 minutes, satisfaction level 98%
